JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Descriptions:

Handling all Spectrumc of works in Human Resources & General Affairs function (Reruitment &Selection, T&D, Industrial/ Employee Relations, HR Development System, General Affairs Operational, Environmental & Safety, Waste Management;
Supporting HRGA Manager in transforming HR to Human Capital, including preparing some Procedures/ SOP and HR System Development & Socialization;
Initiate ideas/ improvement to accelerate HRGA achievement targets, KPI targets, and gaining intensive/ ad hoc discussion with all Department in order to socializing HRGA Programs Improvement;
Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned from HRGA Manager;

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/ HR Management from reputable University;
Age of Maximum 32 years old;
At least 4 years of working experience as HRGA/ HC Supervisor;
Preferable having experience and specialization in generalist of HRGA. Preferable with experience in HRGA/ HC/ Talent Management in Manufacture Company;
Having certification of Occupational Health & Safety Expert Certification(Ahli K3 Umum), Certified for HR Management/ Profesional, understanding Waste Management, Environmental Aspects, and Expatriate Permits;
Advanced Self-driving & Fast-Response, Logical and Analytical Thinking, Advanced Communication to all level, Target-oriented Mindset;
Willing to work in KIIC, West-Karawang,
Able to join Immediately
