JOB DESCRIPTION
JSK Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated
individual with Software Management experience and skills in web content
management, developing, writing and editing for the Group.
The incumbent shall be responsible to assist the IT Manager to source, propose, coordinate and implement relevant software / ERP systems for the Group. The employee shall also be responsible for the Group's online / website presence.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist the ITM to manage and oversee
overall Company software products and daily web application operations and
support
- Responsible to ensure Company software and web
application up-time availability
- Responsible to ensure efficient delivery of new
software product and web application project assigned by Top Management
- Assist to plan and schedule project timelines and
milestones. Prepare, setup, and deploy software or website application to
go-live
- Responsible for all enhancement requested by business
users and provide necessary recommendations
- Assist to ensure all software product and web
application recommendations are of value and cost effective
- Assist to continuously look for new software related
idea and technology, prepare proposals which will favour to Company
software operations to maximize efficiency
Qualifications and knowledge required:
- Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or higher
- At least 5 years in computer applications development /
website development. 3 years in IT project management
- Ability to effectively multi-task, and deliver quality
results within fast-paced project deliverable deadlines
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and
decision-making skills
- Proficient in HTML5, SASS, Shell Script, PHP,
JavaScript, Phyton programming languages including Eclipse IDE Tool
- Familiar with Web and Desktop applications development
- Experienced in hospitality and travel related software
implementation.
